We are a family-run company with a strong market position in the B2B environment. We have grown steadily in recent years and are currently at an important juncture: We are evolving from a classic medium-sized structure to more professional, standardised and data-based processes. In order to take this next step in a targeted manner, we are further expanding our marketing department and creating this new position.

- Close cooperation with sales (leads, campaigns, trade fair contacts, follow-up)
- Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Organisation and support of national and international trade fairs, including lead capture and follow-up
- Coordination and further development of marketing and sales documents (brochures, presentations, product information)
- Evaluation of marketing and lead data and derivation of optimisations
What you bring to the table:
- A degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a comparable qualification
- 2–4 years of professional experience in B2B marketing or in a sales-related marketing role
- Experience with lead management and CRM, ideally MS Dynamics 365
- An understanding of data-based work and an interest in automation
- A feeling for design aesthetics and design skills are an advantage
- A structured, independent way of working and enjoyment of interface work
- Good German and English skills
What we offer you:
- A newly created role with plenty of creative freedom and visibility
- Close cooperation with sales and process optimisation
- Home office possible up to 60% of the time
- Free public transport ticket
- Subsidy for Urban Sports Club
- Many events with colleagues (department breakfast, after-work drinks, summer party, Christmas party)
Sounds like your next step?
Then we look forward to receiving your application and to taking the next step in your development together.
